- This is a male now confirmed. As full body scan there is no chip present either.

- Chips certainly do move, one of mine has it under his chest now because its moved and another of my dogs has moved to the side of his neck.

- wensmum you are absolutely right. Our vets warned us about the failing chips. One of our dogs and also a horse had to be re chipped.

- Also this dog may not be an English springer spaniel..the ohito8is so bad and I thought it was a collie so I took advice8. The leigh home gives no info about dog on their website.

- Please, never, ever, discount a dog because they are chipped and the found one isn't - we know so well that chips move, scanners may fail or be erratic, and worst of all, virbac sold so many chips that failed (4 years worth of untested chips, many of which have failed), and they never really told the truth about the numbers which were affected or how the chips fail.....

- Dont think it is Tess as she is a Sprocker and this is Spaniel. Also Tess is chipped. I will email the kennels to see if this a male or female!Last edited: 2016-11-20 19:25:24 by ClaireC
