gwenthelen thanks for keeping us up to date. I has asked admin to add the reward to Matilda's poster. Do not blame yourself for her going missing, there is a lot of helpers on DL looking out for her. Diolch. Thank you. People have been very kind. I can't seem to stop crying. I have always believed that she is miles away. Matilda brought so much love and fun to our family. We will always love her.

I feel so sorry for you and so hope you get Matilda back really soon. I am in Pembrokeshire and will certainly keep my eyes peeled for any sign of her. Hopefully someone has taken her in and will see a poster and do the right thing as soon as they realise she is a very loved pet. She is so beautiful!

Everything I own will be chipped, tagged. tattooed etc. Is there some sort of tracking system for dogs that tell you where they are? (I know that pet birds of prey are fitted with a telemetry system.) I have had a very hard time coming to terms with this. I keep going through "if only she was in the house/ I wasn't working/ daughter had not been watching TV/we still lived in our old house/ I had security cameras............" I'm sure she has been taken out of the area. I prey that she is being loved and cared for. xxx

welcome aboard owner, keep up the good work and dont forget to keep us update on what is happening. make sure you contact headquarters on the number below for changes as we try to keep tabs on all dogs missing and the latest postings on their sites but, as you can see, there are a lot of dogs. dont forget to contact your local newspaper and ask them to do a story for you on matilda, the fact she is stolen, the fact you want to warn others etc. any problems, i can be contacted on 07843 681980. sianx

Thanks to all for your care and concern. It means such a lot to me. Please add REWARD to the posters. I will keep phoning the pounds, police and wardens. I really do think she has been taken- possibly by someone who had seen her at an earlier date as we have a footpath passing our farmyard. Or she may have wandered off and been taken in by someone who has fallen for her. We are all heartbroken. This little angel is faultless. God bless you my little Matilda.xxxxx

I live in Efailnewydd so will keep a look out dont know if you have tried the dog pound at dollgelau ? i dont have the number but i know two people on the peninsular who have lost dogs in the past and they have ended up there.

Posters need to be displayed as soon as possible on notice boards, lamp posts, entrances to parks, dog bins and on cars. Take posters to vets, pet shops, postmen (for sorting offices), milkmen, dustmen, street cleaners, taxi drivers, schools, pubs, youth clubs, newsagents, post offices, takeaways, dog training clubs, supermarkets and car parks. Hand out reduced-down posters or cards to people - especially dog walkers - and deliver to houses and businesses. Police stations, Dog Wardens, the RSPCA and all rescue centres need checking frequently and preferably visited in person by owner or someone who knows Matilda well. Stay safe Matilda, until we get you home x

Thanks for all your help. Can I had that Matilda had a white mark on her back that looks similar to an "M" or "W"? Also her front legs are different - one is mostly white while the other has black coming half way down. She is smaller than most. Helen. e mail from owner.
