I saw a found dog who matches Buli on a Chiswick forum. The finder had posted on there with a photo and already someone else had posted Buli's Doglost page. Seems they, the finder have contacted number above and are in touch. Although the final comment on the forum was that Buli was at Battersea and would be collected today, that was from the finder.
Hopefully owner can update when they get a chance.
