So sorry for the loss of Milo. My heartfelt sympathy to his owners. Night, night Milo, sleep tight, amd have fun at the bridge with the other "Rainbow babies" who have also passed to the bridge, now you are like a young puppy again. RIPX God Blessx A~~~Candle~~~~burns for Milo. Run free (HUG)X One day when the time is right, you will meet Milo at the bridge, and cross over together; never to be parted. Milo is now in the care of the loving Angels. At least his passing from this earth was peaceful. And you have closure. You are also able to lay him to rest. He remains with you in spirit, heart, and thought.

Please look down on your family Milo, whno really need your strength, at this very sad time. :-(

I only know he wasn't wearing a red collar as I called the owner briefly from Latimer using this ad on the 6th when I posted below. I haven't seen anything up anywhere, no, and didn't think to ask if chipped. I am using this site for info.

We've done a search between Holloway Lane and Bell Lane this afternoon, from Raans Farm down to the smallholding on the Latimer Road and along that bridleway towards Bell. I am guessing that there are no other updates?

We've had a look around the Latimer area this afternoon with our three dogs but the fog was really dense so it was hard to see much. There is also so much woodland there. Also spoke to the owners - the dog with the red collar sighted below is not him and otherwise nothing. So worrying.

We've spent two days searching in the wood where he was last seen. Really worrying.

Omg... did u say this was latimer? I was driving to watford on sun around 9.30am.. and just after latimer house turning.. i nearly hit a black lab wiv a red collar.. it ran from the house oppisite the woods.. straight into the woods. Thort he maybe goin for a walk an left his owner behind a bit. He was gorgeous.. hope he is found safe.. if there is anythin i can do to help find him.. please let me know.. good luck xxx

Poor Milo. You could try frying some sausages or bacon with the windows open, or put them on an outside barbecue. Try putting some wet dog food outside. If he's in the area, the smell could guide him home. Dogs do have a wonderful sense of smell. x

After sharing Milo's poster, I have had this message: Hi Julie, I just saw your post on our Chesham. I'm not sure if this is of any help but yesterday around 11:30 I saw a black dog as you've described in potter end... Clearly on his own. I realise this is a fair distance from where you lost him but just thought I should let you know.... A guy driving behind me pulled over and was trying to grab him because he was in the road.....
