I have had a text back from the owners of Lola - sadly this could not be her as she had been speyed, she is still however still missing and they were grateful for the contact.

Lola remains missing - owner has posters up all over the place but calls have eased off. I am including Lola in the Countrymans weekly column I am doing today

We will keep an eye out for her in case we get asked to rehome her. She looks like a cross though so if she is in already in rescue somewhere we might not be contacted to help. Good luck with the search though - I really hope she is found. Good on the owners for that big ad in the paper.

Saw Lola's pic in the local paper, can't belive she is still lost. I keep looking wile I walk my dog and call out wile we are in the woods.(my dog think's I've lost it as he can't work out who I am calling!) Hope that she comes home soon. Don't give up.

I have just returned from holiday and seen your message, I was hoping to see that Lola had been found! I have circulated pictures around my friends and colleagues who live & work in local area - including Bramley. I will ask petshop in Baughurst to put up a poster. I live in SSJ so have been looking out for Lola while walking my own dog. if owner would like any further help please contact me. 07929 606690 - I hope Lola is found safe & well soon.

Lets hope this brings some positive news, like you say Keelah she's a big dog - not that easy to hide and if the ad makes more people aware of her, all it will take is one person. Take care Lola, here's hoping you will be back where you belong soon. xx

lola remains missing, no news and no sightings at all. how can this dog just disappear - she is huge!!!! Owners have a quarter page advert in the basingstoke gazette.

Since posting on this one earlier today all I can say is please hurry home Lola as I cannot get 'the Kinks' song Lola off of my mind and I have spent the time singing out loud - one good reason to come home!!! (I think my voice is fine - no-one else does. Stay safe sweetheart. x

I will down load poster when I get home, and ask the Taxi Drivers to look out for her. I will walk my dog out that way as well. Lola's owener if you take a poster to the swan at sherbourne st john and ask the landlady Jackie to put it up for you. She is a big dog lover and will be happy to help. Contact Basingstoke dog warden, she is Brill. You can also put up posters in the RSPCA shop at the top of town, Ask the police or community wardens to check the travler site in town. Good luck. As soon as Admin receives a photograph, the poster will be emailed out to helpers. Posters need to be displayed as soon as possible on notice boards, lamp posts, entrances to parks, dog bins and on cars. Take posters to vets, pet shops, postmen (for sorting offices), milkmen, dustmen, street cleaners, taxi drivers, schools, pubs, youth clubs, newsagents, post offices, takeaways, dog training clubs, supermarkets and car parks. Hand out reduced-down posters or cards to people - especially dog walkers - and deliver to houses and businesses. Police stations, Dog Wardens, the RSPCA and all rescue centres need checking frequently and preferably visited in person by owner or someone who knows Lola well. Stay safe Lola, until you are home x
