I like to think that ALL Stolen Pets are Always trying to find an escape route from their captors, or whoever they were Sold On to, well done Clever Elvis 🙏🐾
If Sold on, then within earth had He never been taken to a Vet to be checked over ? ! maybe Vet never bothered to Scan ? it should be made Compulsory & not just 'Best Practice '
