Is there anywhere near the 2 sightings that a food a station could be set up in a view to humane trap once feeding regularly??

I know this is well out of area, and dog is described as lurcher, but please take a peek in case. Found West Sussex https://www.facebook.com/AdurWorthingCouncils/posts/1570668122961368:0

There's a pub, asked them if I could do a barbecue tonight to draw him away from the plant sight but they said no. It's tricky because he moves about and has been sighted about a mile away in the village before Christmas. There's some stables too owner aware but not seen himXx
rottie
Ok, is there anywhere perhaps further along , sorry don't know what the area is like, offer available if get feeding somewhere x
HelperHelen - Dog SOS Derbyshire
Thanks Rottie no more sightings since Christmas Day at 0630 when after eating some chicken we had left he ran up the road and onto Derby Rd A61 possibly spooked by the security guard. No more sightings since and the problem is they won't let us near the site as it's dangerous and we can't even leave food at the side of the gate like before. There is one nice security guard who rings when he sees him but the others are horrible and I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't scaring him away.

If regular sightings and taking food for a food days from same area will happily pop over with a humane dog trap.

There have been a couple of sightings in the same place, the old coking plant (not sure exactly where that is but I think it's across the A61 from where he was sighted earlier). The last sighting was Christmas morning when he ate some chicken that had been left. Murphy has a FB page but you will have to ask to join as it's a closed group https://www.facebook.com/groups/1824015197887346/

Are you getting regular sightings now of this dog
DogLostNina
By leaving a trail of old clothes that have your scent on that have been cut into small pieces leave a route back to your front door or back door. Leave any gates open so that he can make his way to the main entrance. In basic terms you can also do this if you collect your pee and sprinkle a trail in the same way. If it rains you have to repeat the process again..it does work as strange a it might seem. Good luckLast edited: 2016-12-24 18:55:58 by Nina

Owner have you been given scenting instructions by anyone from doglost. This has been a very good way of getting dogs home in the past. Let admin know if you haven't or leave a message here,
