- I totally agree with you if the dog was shot for what ever reason why wasnt the body handed over
I as a dog owner would want it back as way of closure. I dont get it either what prove have they got bit strangex - 2017-01-12 14:33 Sydneysmum
- My heart goes out to Finn's owners. Like everyone else, I'd prayed for a different outcome. But I can't help thinking that something isn't 'quite right' about Finn's disappearance.
He was stolen from his own garden & then his family were told he was deceased???
So where are Finn's remains?? And who is the farmer?? Who told the family it WAS Finn?? And why did the family accept this as the truth?? None of this adds up!!!
Telling the owners & the 'searchers' that the poor baby has 'passed away' is a great way to stop us all looking for him!!!
I'm sorry, but I'm not convinced that Finn is at the bridge - so I will keep searching.

- Not the outcome any of us wanted but at least the owners can now find closure. It would be an amazing act of compassion if the farmer involved did come forward just so owners can be made aware of the issues. God bless dear Finn.....called for Angel duties xx

- I don't know what they can do regarding the information they have but certainly it would appear to be against the law in Ireland not to at the very least inform the owners. I hope for the owners sake that if this is true that the farmer "mans up" and explains what has happened to Finn

R.I.P sweetheart. - 2017-01-06 15:24 Mandy
- Distressing news - on the "Bring Finn Home" website it says that they believe that Finn was shot. "It is with great sadness that Liam Brady, the detective we hired, has come to the conclusion that Finn was destroyed by a farmer. His body has not been recovered.Regarding Finn's fund which Sara and Wendy set up, this will be used to pay Liam for telephone/admin expenses only. He has most generously decided to waive any fees. The remaining amount in the fund after this, will be given to dog charities/rescue. Full details, together with receipts, will be published on here as soon as they are available.
The fund is not yet available and 'Just Giving' do take 5% in charges of the amount raised.
Joy has given her full permission for us to publish this.
We cannot thank you all enough for caring, for your overwhelming generosity and and for giving such amazing support throughout this sad time.
This is so very sad, we are devastated. - Wendy & Sara.

- Possible sighting of Finn according to his Facebook page , they are trying to coax the dog but perhaps they need advice on how best to do this without the need to chase & scare the dog away, it's not easy ?
Good luck & best of luck x - 2017-01-04 08:40 Unknown
