Owner located. This dog is now in Preston pound. I spotted a post this morning for someone trying to rehome this dog in Burnley after finding him in Preston. Council kindly got involved and insisted she took the dog to the kennels or risked being done for theft. Thanks to doglost for posting him its due to this that the owner now knows where their lost dog is and will be collecting him tomorrow.
