- Wonderful news. Well done Louis (Simon`s tracker cat) And I wonder if Simon was singing "Show me the way to go home" lol!
Even though Simon is an Indoor cat, I would still get him microchipped. Stay safe now Simon:-)xxxLast edited: 2016-12-21 17:35:16 - 2016-12-21 16:08 DAckerley

- House cats dont usually go too far (Albeit Simon has chased a cat)
When outside they feel very anxious and nervous And sometimes panic. They are normally glad to be home with their owner, where they feel safe, and secure. Simon may not be too far away. Check all outbuildings, also check behind objects within as he may be hiding. Cats are notorious at keeping very still and quiet. Put something with his scent on into a clean container, such as his blanket/bedding into a clean container. Leave in a sheltered spot. Or you can hang them on the washing line if dry. Wipe his scent on your garden fences, gates, doors too. Leave the door opoe where Simon has access to, and stand aside. When you see him act as though Simon going awol has been no big deal. Dont try, and grab him, as he may feel "Theatened", and run off again. If anything like my cats When he is near the door, just stay where you are, and whisper "Hello Simon. where have you been"? Act nonchalant. Paws xd.Last edited: 2016-12-21 11:19:34 - 2016-12-21 08:22 Jane
