just seen on Harveys army south timed 4 hrs ago - Have just seen a loose dog (looked like a Collie) running very swiftly towards Faringdon on the verge of the A420 between Littleworth and Haremore Farm. Very foggy and there is a broken down vehicle blocking one lane towards Oxford so too dangerous to stop.
