keep texting owner but no reply ! i have put posters up and they keep coming down , no one else has put posters up the owner said she was but has not ! no one really making a effort, if he was my dog i would be postering as many places as i could but within reason and doing houses and woods but its not my dog and i can't be super woman ! also the owner has not made a effort to get on here either ! Hope this staffie is safe and being looked after well where ever he is !! be safe sweetie pie x x Also the dog round the shop is a double !

Had told the owner from the minute she put her dog on here to advise battersea ! she said that it was not worth it as she still thought he is in this area which we think he is but its not the point !! I sent them the email of this when he first went missing any way ! spoke to sara today and we need to get owner to put more poster up as i have not seen any except mine !! owner is only concerned about this bloke who we think has him but like i said before it just could be a double ! we have to be 100 per cent sure ! she wanted someone to just take it off him and i advised her against it and that it has to be confirmed it is her dog !! it seems like i am the only peson doing posters ! owner said she was but seen none !!! i will find out where he lives and then call owner and avise her what to do and not to go shouting the odds just yet she has to make sure its him and play the waiting game outside where this man lives !!! and go from there as she sees the dog !! all we be calm and collective hopefully so she can just lay in wait and confirm and then we can take it from there any ideas how to approach the sitituation if it is defo her dog ????? call police maybe saying a man has stole dog and wont give it back he is with me now but dont approach ubtill police are near and then collar the man so to speak ?? i mean question him and if it is her dog it would be going mad anyway !! any ideas x ??

Owner has been advised to go to Battersea, as she hasn't yet. If dog is dumped or the dog being watched isn't him, he could be waiting for a new home there. Owner has said the person ringing just hangs up, so not sure what to make of it? Have advised owner what to do with nuisance callers! Emmabellalandy can you update maybe? Sue x

the man who we think has the dog !! (could be double) you never know ! now is leaving him indoors when he goes to the shop ! so i told my mate to phone me as soon as she sees him and i will follow to see where he goes ! just need to find out where he lives so we can get just a bit closer to look and watch with out him seeing !! everyone is saying it is this dog but the owner needs to verify it is hers !!! so we have to play the waiting game !!!!

we are certain that this man has got her dog !! but i am at norfolk at mo ! so i cant do anything ! there is no other doglost helpers in this area as already asked for some help ! so it id down to owner now on her own but i think she will have trouble with him ! so time will tell !!

they are checking his paws for me and his tail to see if it is him as i am 2 mins around from shop and also if i get round there in time i will follow him to see where he lives ! he goes to the shop every day and he was laughing to the people in the shop to say he is the spitting image of my dog, hope they dont think he is theirs !! So hopefully other the weekend we might have a lead !! fingers crossed ! stay safe boy x

we got in contact with them and owner is following up !! the woman said to me that it has part brindle on him but wont email picture reckons is having trouble doing it but have advised owner what to do next ! have to check it out just in case !!

yes it is just 5 mins round the cornor !! i have re put up the posters aswell !! can't get hold of the owner not answering phone and email is not working ?? i cant text have run out of monthly credit so i cant contact by text have used my home phone to phone but with held my number as i don't want people having my number ! she has got my mobil number as i texted her quite a few times but have not heard nothing ! maybe someone can contact for me and ask her to phone me ?? cheers

Posters have been ripped down near charles grinning walk , have put them back up also put poster in the george pub which is 2 mins walk from there !! need to put more posters out !!

Ok - Am contacting the forty nearest vets except for those that you mention then. I am either emailing or faxing poster. We need another sighting. Should think someone has taken him in. More people needed for postering I think. Area needs to be smothered in them.

Posters need to be displayed as soon as possible on notice boards, lamp posts, entrances to parks, dog bins and on cars. Take posters to vets, pet shops, postmen (for sorting offices), milkmen, dustmen, street cleaners, taxi drivers, schools, pubs, youth clubs, newsagents, post offices, takeaways, dog training clubs, supermarkets and car parks. Hand out reduced-down posters or cards to people - especially dog walkers - and deliver to houses and businesses. Police stations, Dog Wardens, the RSPCA and all rescue centres need checking frequently and preferably visited in person by owner or someone who knows this Staffie well. Stay safe little one, until you are found x
