there's a lot of activity on the facebook site and Soot has been sighted several times but keeps running away from people. There is an organised search tomorrow. I think they really need good advice regarding the staying back and letting her to come to you. Can someone here help with this advice please.

jenjanjo, from a post on FB it says "Missing 13.00 on Saturday 14 January from north end of Cod Beck reservoir. Last seen in Osmotherley 15 January." Note, Soot (or Sooty) was added to doglost by Dog Theft Awareness North East, not the owner, so posts here are unlikely to be seen by the owner.Last edited: 2017-01-19 21:00:27 by Svend

Hi so sorry to see your dog is missing. I'd really like to help search for her as I am local to the area and know first hand what it's like to loose a dog. Could someone provide details of where exactly she was last seen, I have seen on another site that a whimpering dog has been heard in the woods last night? -any updates or planned searches? She may not answer to her name if injured or stuck somewhere. More information would help others willing to search for her. Wishing you lots of luck in your search.
