- FOUND. I am delighted to tell you that Wren has been picked up by the dow warden in Leeds. We are now on the way to collect her. Chipping works as they were able to contact us so quickly. Words cannot describe how relieved I am to be getting her back. Thank you all for all your help and advice.

- Sharing all over social media helps....share to pages like lostbox, vets get scanning, harveys army etc, and to every local Facebook page you can find. See if the police will issue a crn and if the local paper will run a story.

- I think apart from checking dogs for sale adverts without any sightings not a lot you can do apart from making people aware that she is missing. I am keeping my eyes open in Weighton but stolen dogs turn up all over the country. One Patterdale reunited this week after missing for almost a year thanks to his chip .Fingers crossed Wrens chip will bring her home to you.
- 2017-01-30 16:06 Breege
- No unfortunately not. We have done all that have been suggested and every day I go out looking but still no sign. I do hope that her chip will get her back to me sometime. I will let you know if anything changes. Thank you for all your help.

- 2017-01-25 19:28 Hollieberry
- Breege you need to make Wren to hot to handle you need to make people aware she is missing .Have you put any posters out & about ?
- 2017-01-24 20:18 Hollieberry
- Thank you for the update Owl & for talking to Breege ,my biggest worry was that these idiots had chased Wren away with their vehicle & that she had gone into hiding .
- 2017-01-24 12:59 Owl
- I have had a talk with Breege and offered to bring my tracker dog. She has explained the circumstances and is sure that Wren was stolen by the joyriders. Wren is unusual for a Patterdale as she is not adventurous and does not like to leave her own yard and the area close by. She does not even like being taken on longer walks. The whole area has been extensively searched by farm staff and spaniels. The last place that Wren was seen is where the trespassers where and where they left tyre marks in the fields. Breege has my number so if there is a sighting we will go there.

- I think a tracker dog is the best option for you, take a look at the K9 tracker site it will give you good info on what you need to do when your dog goes missing & how to keep something with your dogs scent on .

- Hi She is missing since 4pm on Saturday the 21st. We have searched the area many times. That afternoon we had some joy riders in a 4x4 driving over our crops its possible that they have picked her up so she could turn up anywhere. We are so worried about her . Am off now to do another search.
