What is going on , how cruel this poor dog bless it , can,t believe the way people are acting so wrong do they have no morals . So sad poor thing so sorry. I think government needs to change law so people like get more punishment and heavy fines etc. Might have a look how you maybe could set up a petition to send to government for people to sign as so many cruel acts happening x x x

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
