I think I saw this dog between Lincoln and wragby, nearer Lincoln eating out of a bin at the side of the road around 9am on Saturday 28/01/17,could not stop as we had 2 dogs in the car. Don't know the area as we were traveling up from Kent hope you are reunited soon.
