- The lady managed to get a photo of the 'stray' dog & it seems it was from a nearby farm, as it wandered off with another dog down a lane to a farm. I have compared markings & although very similar to Ben, sadly it is not him. The stray dog had a lot more white on its tail & back & slightly different facial markings. Owner of Ben informed. The search goes on.

- There has been a sighting of a dog which looks very much like Ben in the Wadebridge area towards Padstow (PL27). The person is down on holiday & tried to coax a very skinny collie (she thought cross) to her car, but her own dog growled & it ran off. She has looked at Bens photo & said it could be him, but hard to tell. She will try to get a photo if she sees it again ( or get hold of it). There are farms in area, so it could be a local farm dog too. Have informed Ben's owner.

- Buzz and now Ben. Are they being stolen to sell on, do you think? Most farmers round here use Mole Valley Farmers. I've emailed them to ask if they'll put a notice up, but they have a lot of stores. If I can work out which are nearest to missing dogs, I'll send them a poster. If I was looking to buy a working dog, their notice boards are a place I'd look.
