Sky (id 110579) was also picked up by police in this area and they had no record. Just two weeks ago. Not having a record once could be a mistake, twice may be an indicator of a lack of proper process/training issue. Met police should review.

Errr, not always the case of a happy ending, that's what we all hope and want. Are these dogs home now, would love to see a reunited picture. Makes it all worthwhile and gives us all a warm glow! Xx

Shift change / bad admin. I very much doubt it's "dodgy". Or perhaps the Metropolitan Poloce force aren't very busy these days.... oh hang on a minute. Glad they're safely home and that the police kept them safe in their kennels (I assume at no charge) the meantime. As they were chipped it was only a matter of time I guess.

Mmm, odd indeed!! Good job owner was persistent. Are these two actually home now please.....before I update my FB post!

How strange. Why on earth were they taken by police and why were the police reluctant to admit that they had them? Sounds fishy. Keep digging until you get the truth and put more security in your garden. Please let us know when they are safely back with you xx

UPDATE - MONDAY 23:00
After walking around knocking on people's doors I was told by a neighbour that the police came Friday 3rd around 8pm to pick up two dogs. Headed back to the police station where initially was told there was no record of two dogs being taken, I asked again asked and was told the same thing. Called 101 as instructed by the officers where I was told nothing was registered. There was no incidents on Friday and no dogs were taken. After two hours of trying to find some information, since 4 police cars were seen there, only when I mentioned that I have a video which can clearly see that the dogs were being taken by police after 10 minutes they manage to track down Lady and Monstrinho to a police kennel. So they weren't taken to a rescue shelter like any other dogs.. but to a police kennel.
Long story short. They will be coming home tomorrow. HOPEFULLY.
