- Could still be in the area as she is neutered. If you have something with her scent on, such as her blanket (Scent can last for a loing time) And leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on washing line if dry; used towels too. Walk around the area holding an object with her scent on if you can, and rattle some dreamies. Someone may have been feeding her. Try a squeaky toy too as it may attract her attention.. Another reason a cat may go missing is if they for instance chase something, they can then become disorientated, and "Lost" if they go too far from their territory.
