- Sam was seen at the Shell garage in Waterfoot Rossendale 7th February..... comment from finder.I tied him up outside the garage, bought him some shmakkos and kept him there thinking someone would reply to my posts x after I had finished putting stock away in back I went out to check him but he wasn't there. x
