The longer this dispute goes on the more it will cost as the fees accrue daily. Can I suggest the owner pays up now and gets her dogs home and then takes up the case with the dog warden service.

I have spoken with both Helen and admin, and this appears to be a dispute between owner and warden as to whether payment is due on these dogs. It is not something which Doglost can sort out.

He refuse to give me my dogs back they r both microchipped and he never tried to contact me before he took them to the kennels
