- Layla has served her legal 28 days + 1 day... no one has come forward to claim her. She has been in foster care for the past two weeks with a couple who love her unconditionally and as of today she has become legally their dog. This has been quite an emotional journey as she really is a beautiful dog and I wish her and her new family a wonderful life together. (I have made a video on my F/B page which is public.) Layla's new life is about to begin...... ! Case Closed.Last edited: 2017-03-18 21:47:38 by Judy - Area Volunteer - Somerset

- Update: Still no one has come forward to claim Layla, (SDK Contractors) for Mendip came round on Friday to see her and take some pictures.
She has been wormed and flea treatment given, with regular meal times her bowels are now working a lot better. I will get her vaccinated this coming week for her health and well being. Coat is looking and feeling so much better and she looks happy in every picture I have taken. Microchip Details have also been transferred to me to safeguard her future...should an owner come forward then the chip details can be transferred back. At the moment her safety comes first.Last edited: 2017-02-27 13:00:37 by Judy - Area Volunteer - Somerset - 2017-02-25 16:02 JANI

- Just to update: Everything that can be done is being done for this girl, she was offered a free groom at a groomers to help rid some of the matted areas which had to be clipped..flea ridden and sores on her body and her paws.which we can treat. She is a lovely friendly affectionate girl ... (no one is looking for her) Heavily advertised!
