- Welcome home Mungo! So happy for family π. I think the banners looked amazing, what a great idea π. I have just left a message on Lucky's page about them as I think they would be great for him as he was lost from a ferry. Why doesn't everyone make these! I think a lot more dogs would be found. Stay safe Mungo πΆ

- Thank you all so much for all your help and support. It was Facebook and people power that got him home - the story is on his Finding Mungo Facebook. On the banners we got permission from one landowner and on the others we put a note saying they had cost us £100 and to please not remove them and take them away but to ring us if they needed removing. I think people were very sympathetic so perhaps turned a blind eye - we put them on major roundabouts around areas we thought he might have been taken. We are going to keep the Finding Mungo Facebook page open as we have got some good templates for posters etc for others to use so we will update it in the next or so with these.

- Just looked at his facebook page and seen photos of the banners - what a brilliant idea! Was any permission needed to put them up? I hope Mungo stays safe and close from now on.

REUNITED WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS! πΎπΎ
MUNGO IS HOME!! He was returned to us by a lovely woman who had bought him from the back of a van in a park in Tonbridge. It wasn't until she saw a picture of our Mungo banner on the A21 on Facebook, that she realised that he had probably been stolen.
We are so grateful to all of you as without all your efforts we might not have had him back and certainly not so soon. Such incredible support and solidarity - THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
During this last week we have learnt so much about the extent of dog theft and the damage that is done through this terrible crime. We hope that we can continue to help others who are going through the same thing and most of all we wish for the speedy return of all the dogs that we now know are missing. - 2017-03-03 20:46 Fidelity
- Mungo now has his own Facebook page, Finding Mungo - https://www.facebook.com/pg/Finding-Mungo-1233110630091297/videos/?ref=page_internal. Please do use it and keep moving it on. We are using it to keep everyone updated with progress. Thank you all for your ongoing support and effort in finding Mungo.

- Do you think Stolen , have you got a Crime no.?
- 2017-03-01 17:27 Fidelity
- Thank you all for your help. Please keep looking as there has been no sign at all of Mungo so far. We are spreading the net wider and wider. Thanks for all your suggestions and support.

- It might well be worth talking to the police, Kent police seem to be very good about looking out for dogs
- 2017-02-27 10:42 Skywalker99
- if you suspect stolen please tell the police, but also get the social media going, share him to pages like lostbox, red alert, harveys army and every local facebook page you can find. and poster everywhere. but do contact k9 tracker.
- 2017-02-26 20:45 Fidelity
- Thanks again. We feel that if he is not returned to us tomorrow that we are thinking he may have been stolen. He has never wandered off before, had just had a walk and not yet had his breakfast. It is so out of character for him to go off. He was last seen in our farmyard and our other two dogs were by the house. Why did he not come to the house where his breakfast was waiting for him? His friendliness has meant in the past he has followed walkers coming through the yard but this seems unlikely on a Friday morning and he had just had a walk. I will update this tomorrow when vets, dog wardens etc are open.
- 2017-02-26 19:32 Skywalker99
- Please contact K9tracker...she will give you very good advice, and if he has wandered a bit further than you have looked and she is able to track that will help. Or do you suspect he has been stolen?
- 2017-02-26 19:12 Hollieberry
- Dogs that caught up in something or trapped often go quiet even if they hear their name being called please check everywhere carefully .
- 2017-02-26 18:34 Fidelity
- it looks like they track dogs that have wandered. we live on a farm and have scoured it and our local village have been looking in the area. He is very vocal if he is caught somewhere. We think he is not in the immediate area so not sure K9 would help. What do you think? Thank you so much for your support.
- 2017-02-26 17:41 Skywalker99
- I would definitely contact www.k9tracker.co.uk.
- 2017-02-26 17:29 Fidelity
- Thank you all so much for your help. Mungo is still lost so please keep looking and share with your networks. Maybe his most distinguishing features are that he is mainly brown and has an undocked tail and particularly hairy ears and head. He is very friendly.
