Do you know the microchip number? I work for a rescue and we get a lot of dogs come through
Hollyrhianwilkinson
Thank you for your comment but unfortunately that dog is a boy but thank you so much for taking the time to comment Marbie. I appreciate it.
Hollyrhianwilkinson
Hi Marbie. Thanks for your message. It’s coming up to three years since she went missing/presumed stolen so she might be an older adult by now. I can’t actually remember how old she is. I have emailed Leigh Cats & Dogs Home on the off chance so thanks very much
Marbie
I know this dog is unlikely to be Millie - I am unsure of her age as it says older adult but reading the messages I would have thought about 4???? Anyway just in case http://www.leighdogsandcatshome.co.uk/lost-dog-information/stray-dog-procedures/#jp-carousel-20624 xx
Hollyrhianwilkinson
Missing almost 3 years now. Please could you resend alerts to the postcode areas I asked for? Thank you. I don’t know what to do as I’ve had no sightings and she’s still very much loved and very much missed.

If you have a crime reference number from police to stolen@doglost.co.uk x
Hollyrhianwilkinson
I have got in touch with the local newspaper that comes out on a Friday. Not just for Millie but for other dogs in the area because there are too many from this area that are missing without trace.
Hollyrhianwilkinson
I’ll have to get some ink for my printer first.
Unknown
I would re-poster in the area, and post flyers through doors too. Post in shops, post offices too. Hand out as many posters as you can; where, and when you can. Post a STOLEN DOG ad in a National newspaper. Contact various vets to see if a dog matching Millie`s description has been registered there in the last couple of years. Keep making her "TOO HOT TO HANDLE" Paws xd. Fingers too.Last edited: 2019-01-15 07:03:42

I have posted a picture on the Facebook link for your dog of a very similar dog for sale on a Notts selling site. She is ten months old, black and he bought her five months ago - worth checking

Hollyrhianwilkinson - I note from above that Millie is microchipped but details have not been provided. Please update this listing to include the microchip number in the protected field - it is only visible to key DogLost staff but will be flagged so that if Millie is scanned by the most widely used scanning device, DogLost HQ will be alerted. Furthermore if you have reported to the police and have a crime reference number (CRN) please send together with your dog's ID number to stolen@doglost.co.uk.

Nope. No crime reference as the silly ***** didn't bother reporting it to the Police so it will be a waste of time now. Perhaps I should have done it but I thought I'd leave it up to them. Andrea thank you so much for helping me I really appreciate it I just don't know what else I can do.
Lashram
Done 300+ emails from Middlesbrough across to Darlington so far and still going. A big and grateful thank you to all the businesses responding, keeping an eye out and posting on Facebook.

Hollyrhianwilkinson
Thank you Jayne. Here's hoping for some good news. I suspect she has been stolen for breeding as she is the right age, Patterdale Terriers are highly sought after as they are terrific working dogs and she is more appealing to potential breeders because she is black
DogLostJayne - Founder Doglost.

Sadly the dog spotted running around Allen Grove isn't Millie so observations are required in the TS8, TS9, TS10, TS11, TS12, TS13, TS14, TS15, TS16, TS17, TS18, TS19, TS20, TS21, TS22, TS23, TS24, TS25, TS26, TS27, TS28, TS29 areas please as the further the search area is spread the more chance we have of getting her back. Thank you so much xx
Hollyrhianwilkinson
Had a phone call from Alison to say that she'd had a phone call from an anonymous source stating that they had seen a dog very much like Millie running away from a house on Allen Grove in Stokesley.
Hollyrhianwilkinson
Still no sightings of Millie since she was spotted running around near Teesside Airport on Sunday 26/02/17. Please could you possibly extend the alert area? Thank you
Hollyrhianwilkinson
Since found out the dog that has been seen running round Middleton St George isn't Millie it's a dog that belongs to a farmer that goes for a wander round and then goes back home. This is very frustrating. Please if you have seen a dog that matches Millie's description get in touch!!!
Hollyrhianwilkinson
Can we have people looking out in the Killinghall Row area, around the lorry park and the railway station in Middleton St George? Thank you.
Hollyrhianwilkinson
Sighting of Millie on Church Back Street in Middleton St George. Please keep trying to catch her. She may be in survival mode by now so probably will take a bit of getting hold of.
JANI
sharing to groups x
Hollyrhianwilkinson
Put posts more posters around Northallerton today. Hoping for some information from those. In the meantime please can anyone who thinks they might have seen Millie in the vicinity of Teesside Airport and the A67 please get in touch. Thanks x

Potential sighting of Millie on Sunday near Teeside Airport. Someone tried to go back and search for her but she was no where to be seen. Please alert all dog lost members in that area
Hollyrhianwilkinson
Stolen possibly for breeding due to her colour. Posters are up in Hutton Rudby and in Northallerton, going to put more posters up this week in Northallerton and Stokesley. I have also shared on numerous Facebook pages and I've got a friend keeping an eye out as he's from Darlington where we think she's been taken. Please help me make her too hot to handle Last edited: 2017-03-02 11:53:06

Believed to be in the Darlington area, suspected theft by travellers from that area as there had been some travellers from that area a few days previously trying to dump some tarmac and the occupants of the vehicle were eyeing Millie up then. I cannot remember what kind of vehicle he said it was.

Sorry to see that STOLEN MILLIE is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
