I've posted Midnight's details on Lost Pawsx and Woodcroft Vets lost and found facebook pages, as well as my own.
Midnight13
Posters on bottom of Dale Rd, near Canoe club and in local shop.. I walked down Dale Rd earlier and it looks like posters there have been removed.
MIDNIGHT is still missing, 1 week tomorrow..
kajee
I had a walk around Dale Road today, no posters anywhere. Is there any update from Midnight's owner, is he back home?

Good idea Kajee. Children are very observant aren`t they?
kajee
It would be a good idea to put posters around the streets near the school, kids notice a lot. Hopefully he'll be home soon. I have an indoor cat and would be worried sick if he got lost.

As Midnight isnt` microchipped, he may have ben handed in to a vets or rescue centre, RSPCA etc? Presume owner checked them. Come on Midnight. your wanted home asap. Please get found soon. When Midnight retjurns I would get him microchipped. It`s very important even for Indoor cats. as we can see. Fingers xdLast edited: 2017-03-08 08:16:06

Indoor cats are very nervous when out of their comfort zone. Check all outbuildings including empty houses, and cellars. When checking make sure he isn`t hiding behind an object within that building, as cats can keep very quiet, and still in some circumstances. They are renowned for it. Leave hs blanket (Unwashed ) in a clean continer, along with something with your scent on too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on washing line if dry; used towels too. Empty contents of the vacuum on to the garden, as his scent will be there. The door where Midnight has access to, open and stand at the side (Not in the centre) ot he may see it as a "Threat" and run off if anything like my cats. Put some tuna/chicken just inside the door, then call him . and wipe his scent overthe door too. When you see him return act as though him going awol has been no big deal; just say in a whisper "Hello and where have yo been? whilst standing at the side of the door Hopoefully he will
enter the house. Wipe his scent on garden fences too; anything that leads to the garden. Take a walk around the area, and rattle some deeamies. Someone may be feeding him. Try a squeaky toy ("Dougals"s tip) and if he has a favourite toy of his own; take it with you too. Poster around the area, and put "Lost" posters through doors too.

Indoor cats dont usually go too far, and are so relieved to come home where they feel safe, and secure with poeple they
trust which is more than can be said for his previous low life so called owner Hope Midnight is home soon Paws xd. Last edited: 2017-03-07 16:15:29

Sorry to see that MIDNIGHT is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (112277)
  • Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
  • You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
  • Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
  • If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
  • Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
  • DogLost is free and anyone asking for money to find or return your dog is not volunteering for us. If you are concerned about an approach you have received, please email admin@doglost.co.uk
