I think and only think the CCTV footage has nothing to do with this man.
There seems there were two people saw this man with a dog.
It ended up being his own dog
The CCTV and the people who saw this man are two separate things
I had to add that as I think the man with the dog is innocent
Think he is owed that much

Pat lucky, if there is cctv footage of someone walking off with the dog then they clearly took the dog, unless this is some sort of ownership dispute being dressed up as something else. Please can you clarify your comments. If the person is known to the owner then I guess this is how we know the person is Scottish as cctv would not record Scottishness.

Dexter he is 7 years old he was stolen outside the public toilets on eld lane Colchester town his owner is devastated he is chipped.
