Star was rehomed. I bumped into her recently and oh my goodness she looks brilliant. She is now one very well looked after and loved dog.

Update on Star. She is doing well and has put on 0.5 kg , her skin is improving with Malaseb baths and her strange hindlimb stance is improving as she gets stronger. She is being well cared for in a foster home at the present time.

Hope it won`t be long before this girl is tucked up in a cosy home, and her body builds up and her hair grows back with good nutrition ... she looks such a sweetie. Good luck now poppet :-)

She will do her 7 days then go into rescue. She will get assessed and fit and hopefully get a lovely home.

Where she is at present is one of the best DW you could ever wish to meet! I'm sure that no owner will come forward if this is how they have let their dog get into this state then a new loving home will be found eventually!

I am sure she will find her forever home. Probably be a waiting list for people wanting to adopt her. I think she is already trusting as she had been wagging her tail whilst with the carers. Animals know dont they?

She is lovely, she looks part border collie to me, especially if she has a blue eye too and a white tip to her tail. She does look thin but if she is part collie they can be very thin. Good luck girl xxx

Poor girl, even with the slightly fuzzy photo she is very thin, I hope she is going to be Ok and finds a good home, she looks like a Boxer Cross to me with the longer legs. This world has too many rotten and evil people who don`t deserve to be in the presence of beautiful innocent animals, makes me sick to the stomach to think too much about it sometimes :-(
