- I would have Marilyn spayed now,. because when she is is "Season" again, she may go awol again seeking a mate And it is safer as they can cross busy roads searching which of course is dangerous. If on a low income./benefit, you can get a voucher for just £5 through Cat Protection for neutering. Marilyn will then have a smaller territory of about 2/3 garden spaces as to where she lives, like my two spayed femalesLast edited: 2017-03-22 08:36:26

- Great news. So pleased for you. Someone has probably been feeding her/ I would keep her indoors for a few days now or she may go awol again. Stay close now Marilyn:-)xxx

- As she is in "Season" most probbably gone seeking a male to mate with, Presume all outbuildings checked? including empty houses, and cellars . I would wipe her scent on your garden fences, gates, doors too. Walk around the area, holding an object with her scent on, and rattle somne dreamies. Someone may be feeding her. Try a squeaky toy as it may attract her attention. Poster around the area. And ask around Because she is in "Season" she will go quite a way until she finds a male, because they get frustrated, as they just need to mate; just nature. Best to have pet cats neutered as then they tend to stay more "Homebound" especially the females, otherwise they will just keep doing vanishing acts. Also neutering prevents Feline Aids, and fighting with other cats etc. Hope she is home soon. Paws xdLast edited: 2017-03-16 20:15:25
