hi up date got a call from dog warden today tuesday 6th 0ctober 2009 a dog was tied to gates of dog wardens offices and taken to kennels early hours of this morning when they scanned the dog it came up with my details missy is now home
she has a poorly leg and has had pups recently as she is produceing milk she looks as if she has been looked after
i would like to thank every one for help and advice and looking out for her over the last 2 years

i would like to thank every one who has left responce on this page i have contacted the dog warden today at rushmoor but the dog they have is not our missy i have also contacted petlog and double checked that the details that they hold are 100% correct which they were thanks again to every one

Owners do everything you can, dont give up. I have been working with Navy and Rizla's owners who had their dogs and puppies stolen and tonite as i type this Navy is on her way home!!! Never give up. These dogs were stolen in may.

Have spoken to Shaun again and advised it is worth visiting kennels to still check on possible matches if it could be Missy, chips can be missed.  Also to try and get a pic sent to him by mobile phone or email of any found dogs matching her description.  Good luck Shaun and nice to hear you have another Staffie just like Missy, she will have a playmate when she gets back home.  We are all willing that one day her CHIP will be read and you will get that most important phonecall.  Jan x

hi sorry to see missy still not back we have so many missing in the s area im a mobile dog groomer since my own been missing there new poster going up in different areas nearly ever day my customer are also more a where of it also since mine and are alway on the look out there seem to be a lot of new ooster up in laughton common dont no if you have notice have you postered langold as the last staffie stolen from anston was been sold my a well known druggy from there she was lucky she got her back just a thought worth a try my be melanie from maltby ill keep look

hi spikes owner thanks 4 looking at site missy is quite petite she has heafty shoulders and is quite stocky she has white tips on paws the white on her ches is H shape bit deciving on pic as it looks like X shap she doesnt tend to bark much looves playing football and goes mad over blaoons

back after staring pic again, think dog i saw bit darker (tho orange brindle lighter in summer) Does her white blaze looks like an X? this dogs was more Y shape. x

grr soz, using mobile. stroked dog Leigh dogs home with same shaped head ears (stick up all time) and mouth. on ur pic her white patch maybe looks distinctive? a shape? hav u advertised this? (dog had white blaze, but didnt study it) x x

hi, this is just a check ok? as brindles r hardest to identify, and hard to tell size from pic. does she hav white feet? sit with feet together? sit placid (not timid) ignoring barking? longish legs? slim petite?

just had a call from a lady that has found a male staffy it has been taken to rotherham police station it had a black leather coller with gold studs on it is now belived to have been taken to mount pleasnt kennels the dog was not chiped

iv been to kilnhurst between rotherham / doncaster to look at a staffy that was thought to be missey when we got ther it turned out to be a dog and not a bitch but just shows that the posters do work as im getting calls lets hope the next call that i gett it will be missey

still no news on missi mount pleasant still havnt got her there went to address of the blue van owner with police last night no sign of her there going to ring round kennals,vets,dog warden etc this morning

Hope this is good news -Hampole Kennels are also known as Mount Pleasant & the will normally check for chips & try to contact owners. Thanks Majik for your help- nice to see another helper in the area. Fingers crossed this lady is in blue soon.

We have some news-owners have traced the man in the van who at first knew nothing about the dog then as owner was walking away said the dog warden had picked her up and she was at Hampole-owners are to ring hampole now to check.
