Have emailed Forest Lodge for update, although most owners would rush to collect their dog at the earliest opportunity, it is the law that an owner has 7 days to claim their dog x

Could ADMIN check to see what has happened to this lovely little lad ?

Just wondering what's happening with this little one?

Thanks Mel, that's my sentiment exactly. I will be keeping a careful watch on what happens between today and tomorrow. The kennel won't even allow me to leave my details if he doesn't get claimed.

Just spoken to the kennels who have said the owners have been on holiday, left the dog with someone when it escaped. If that is the case, then how did they manage to visit yesterday and not pick up until tomorrow? Have been informed all I can do is ring again tomorrow xLast edited: 2017-04-03 13:36:19 by GINNY

That's awful, surely if you had lost your dog you wouldn't be able to get there quick enough to be reunited with them. Don't sound much bothered to me. Maybe you could have him, if they don't show up? Good luck xxx

I have been following this little chap very closely with the kennels, as I was going to adopt should he not be claimed. The owner did not bother to ring the kennel until Friday and then not visit until this weekend just gone (1st/2nd April) and not picking it up until Tuesday 4th April! I am appalled that this has been allowed to happen. Any caring and responsible dog owner would have gone and claimed their dog upon knowing where it was being temporarily looked after. The council is not interested either. Sad and shocking.
