Thank you for all your thoughts and best wishes.I went to lewisham Police Station and they found the details and had sent her to Foxgrove 24hr vets as an unchipped Jack Russell. I have collected her from there -she was chipped - and soon will take her to our vet to be cremated. She looks at peace with her beautiful face and silky grey fur. The posters do work. Quite a few people have seen the DogLost posters and kind Luke's posters looking for me and put 2&2 together. They have been brave enough to contact me in the kindest of ways. There is still a great deal of loving humanity out there which gives me a lot of comfort.I cannot praise this site enough. We will clear more posters this evening. Yes Luke and Dean real stars.

This is difficult. Our last posters were put up in Shardeloes not long ago.Luke telephoned me as he had been putting up posters about a Yorkie involved in a road accident on Sunday at 6PM and came across our posters. The driver did not stop. It happened on Lewisham Way. Luke and Dean stayed with her and put a blanket on her. A vet came but she died. The police took her but even though I have been telephoning them there has been nothing joined up. Luke recognised her from our photograph. Thank you to everyone who tried to help find her. Thankyou to Luke and Dean especially for going out of their way to find us. I can't say anymore now.

Thank you William. Just back from putting up more posters. Had a call from someone as we set off who had seen her in Sandbourne Road going in and out of the walkways there. So we concentrated on that side. Spoke to lots of people and knocked on a few doors. 20 more posters. My partner went back and is putting the last 2 posters up in Shardeloes as a result of your comment. The vet in Shardeloes already notified.Thank you for trying to catch her. I always try to do that if see a collarless dog roaming. Usually means they are on the loose.I hope 'the group'do the right thing and hand her in at some point.

My wife and I saw the dog run down Vesta Road last night at approx 18:45 - she chased it while I pulled over the car, and was advised by people at the bus stop that the dog had charged past them and a group further down Shardeloes Rd had caught her.

WELL DONE ! Posters really work....
Stetra
40 posters up so far mainly on the street trees,Sainsburys and Rose Inn pub and maybe an estate agent. Some locals took a poster to put in their own windows. More going up this evening. Battersea, PDSA, Celia Hammond, vets, RSPCA, police and Petlog informed. Also local Telegraph Hill Facebook.Spoken directly with loads of people locally as well including street cleaners. Hopeful this morning but now less so.

Two sitings reported on Telegraph Hill Facebook last night. The second one stated seeing her running down Jerningham Road towards New Cross Road which is the main A2. He tried to catch her but she was bolting like she did from us. I suppose someone could have picked her up from A2 then carried on to where they were going some distance away.Almost 24 hours now since she went.
