- I can't be sure if the dog is a chihuahua but there are travellers on Chadwell Hill Chadwell St Mary who have a dog with similar colours to yours with them. They show no interest in the dog whose been tied to a tree (but with a shelter)since they arrived on Tuesday),I've called the RSPCA but they won't come out to the dog.
