Was such a worry with the train tracks. A little dachshund isn't the kind of dog I expect to manage out there alone for a length of time. Well done keeping safe Poppy and welcome home x

Just been all along the tracks but dident see her, a neighbour said that they saw the Poppy at the top of Daresbury Close but thought she was somebody's dog so left her there, we immediately went up there but she had gone, we went round the shops and park and down Chelford but couldnt see her, my grandson has gone down Siddington to look round there so she has possibly come out of hiding now and is seeking food or water possibly

Im not sure which line that it, I think it sounds like the Bakery Bridge line perhaps? I do know that any animals found on the lines or roads are normally taken to Bredbury tip, I only know this because my friends little yorkie got hit and she was taken to Bredbury tip so he went there to collect her and she had already been sent somewhere else, he did eventually find her but it was very upsetting for them. The tip people never scanned her body for a chip even though they are supposed to, they said they dident have scanners so he went out and bought them two in case of anything else happening like what happened to them. Im also keeping an eye out in case she appears near where we are but we are going out soon to have a look round x

She is on the main line that runs from Cheadle Hulme to sStockport very busy line it has 4 tracks on it. Network rail have a case and still no site or impact of a dog so I'm still hopeful!

Which set of train tracks has she been seen on? we have the tracks at the side and back of us on Bridgehall and a small field behind us, also they are building new houses on the older side of Bridgehall so there is a lot of activity over there which she may stay away from, Ill take a look at our side for you x

**** UPDATE ON POPPY ****

Poppy is currently walking around the train track area going from Larkhill to Bridgehall she's travelling through the brambles and weeds so she's safe for now but only time will tell. If anyone is around the tracks please could you keep an eye open for her. I'm sorry to say this but what will be will be. I've literally been out for 24hrs searching the streets, fields but mainly the tracks. I am covered in cuts and thorns from the search for her, trying to think in her mind set but more importantly creating a scent for her to follow home.

Poppy is very spooked so please don't approach her just ring me and I will come and try and call her back! I cannot stress this method enough as if people keep calling and approaching her she is going to keep running and running.

I would like to thank everyone who looking for her and feel the stress were under. If anyone has any more information call me on 07896189699.
