- Joan, Sue, Libby's owner & myself, would like to thank you so much for your diligence in spotting the match between the found dog & missing Libby. Sue is overjoyed to have got her home & says a very big THANK YOU.
I would also like to thank Gill (Missing and Found Dogs North East) for tagging me in the initial facebook post which led to all this happening. - 2019-09-12 11:01 Unknown
- Fabulous news, Am elated for owners. who must be ecstatic to their girl back with them. Stay very close now Libby:-) xxx Joan. Give yourself a pat on the back. Was she possibly stolen, and then for some reason made "TOO HOT TO HANDLE" ?

- Libby had been found wandering by a gentleman in Bishop Auckland. She was scanned at vets, but chip was not up to date. She was taken home & looked after & dog warden informed, whilst enqs were made. Initially it wasn't divulged the gender of the dog, but sharp eyed Joan matched her when I had registered her in the found section.
The owner is thrilled to have her back after such a long time & wishes to thank all those that made this possible. - 2019-09-12 07:57 Sharon - Social Media Volunteer

- Have shared to Doglost Durham fb page. As I am temp' covering Durham area, I will email advice sheets.
It seems that Libby went missing from the centre, which is unusual, as she doesn't wander off from the other dogs there. Have advised re postering etc. They have checked the area/stables thoroughly & surrounding land & will continue to do so. - 2017-04-15 14:37 Jayne - Founder Doglost.
