- Two visitor posts on Horsham community FB page from yesterday that might be relevant? Afraid it's not local to me at all, so apologies if entirely wrong area, but you never know.
Michelle Grainger (posted noon approx): Has someone lost a small dark grey coloured dog? Just saw (10.45) it run down Giblets Lane on to Rusper Road then onto Lemington Way before it ran into the wooded area at bottom of Lemington Way/Rusper Rd, by the bypass. Went into the wooded area to see if could find it but unable to spot it. Think was wearing a brown collar. Dog was a bit bigger than a jack Russel - sorry don't know dog breeds well
Julie Elms-lester (posted 11am approx): Dog seen running loose by Budgens heading towards The Holbrook Club. Black scruffy looking medium size. Sorry he wouldn't stop for me.

Hope you find him soon x

- Thanks Anne- that was a good likeness & really close match, but it's not him, his face is different. But such a good call- thanks. Still sadly no sign despite major searches x

- Thank so everyone- have been back to the woods all morning & checked badger setts- no sign of him. I received a message saying a black dog was seen on the path by Clay's Hill between Steyning & Bramber around 2:30 yesterday, so heading that way shortly. Anyone in Bramber/Upper Beeding area might be worth keeping an eye out. Thanks so much
