See my recent post for our Jenny YT (of BB1) - 2 main sightings of apparently lost Yorkie in Deepdale area of Preston in last 2 weeks (Wed 21/11 8.00am nr Fletcher Rd & Deepdale Mill St and 2.30pm Mon 26/11 off Harewood Rd nr Romford Rd (between Skeffington Rd & Blackpool Rd, not far from PNE FC vicinity) - identified as Jenny by the people (on seeing our poster) - but possibly could have been Molly (similar description) - or possibly a 3rd/Other YT?? Further searches / postering continung (as limited time allows) in effort to spot (or gain more sightings) of any lost YT esp. in or around the Deepdale well-populated area. ......I spoke with a daughter (other than daughter Samantha) of Molly's owner Sat afternoon 1 Dec (01253 tel area). Per the lady, the AGE of Molly, from a check they've made with pedigree doc, 2 & a half yrs, not 18mths. And Molly went missing in CUERDEN PARK area south of Bamber Bridge urban area and end of M65 (south of Preston) - therefore that would have been in PR5 postal area, not PR1. ...On map, Cuerden Park vicinity is between north parts of Leyland (to the West), Clayton-le-Woods (to the South) and Clayton Brook residential area (to the East). The SAINSBURY's Preston supermarket, mentioned in an earlier post here (10 Nov), was (per owner's same daughter) the one south of Bamber Bridge & near to end of M65 (rather than the Preston Deepdale Sainsburys). ..... Yes, the family don't have own direct access to Internet - but only via public internet locations - and presumably therefore are not on e-mail themselves.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Previously noted Molly's description, am looking out - is there a photo yet? Similar descrip. to ours of 5yrs+ (Jenny missing from 5Nov, BB1 area - later date on DL lost list). For Jenny, I've been getting more of own posters in pubs & newsagents over the weekend + add'l police stn(s) earlier in week. Am trying for furter mention(s) by Radio Lancashire for next week. Good luck in meantime. Alan SLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Spoken to owner, they have recently moved and do not have internet access at the moment. They have checked DW, Police, local rescues, put a Lost & Found advert in the paper and have postered the area. They had one call from a lady who had seen a Yorkie by Preston Sainsbury's but could it ran away. Will update later when I have spoken to owner again. Jan x Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Checked and logged with preston dog warden, south ribble dog warden and fylde dog warden. Checked RSPCA Blackpool and Preston. The dog warden for south ribble is actually trying to catch a yorkshire terrier at the moment, but seeing as there are two Yorkies missing in the same area with the same name and similar description I don't know which one( if any it might be.)Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
