On 23rd April it was posted on 'Fubar news lost and found pets' on facebook that a Saluki had been found- up in Aberdeenshire so a bit of a long shot but you never know. I can't tell by the photos if its the same dog but worth a look. It doesn't say in post if dog was reunited with owner, was chipped etc

Dog is with a traveller known for selling on dogs. Has white on front legs and back paws. Worth a look.

I texted the number twice on the poster to offer some help (not sure what but felt I needed to do something as I only live 4 miles away) no one has responded so I am wondering if the number is incorrect on the poster?

Moonlake - when I first asked for the CRN the dog was still LOST not STOLEN. I Twittered again as URGENT to get more people to share, nothing to do with CRN as already registered. If you look at the 24/4/17 the CRN had only just been issued. I last asked for the CRN on the 22/4/17 two days BEFORE it had been published! Please look at the below dates and you will see I'm not asking for CRN as you stated. Great that posts are being read though :o)

Probably worth noting that Kenilworth Horse Fair is on this weekend. Often a bad time for dog thefts especially in view of the breed.

I circulated poster on Twitter and someone replied saying they saw similar dog in Milford, Surrey yesterday. They hadn't seen a saluki for years so wanted to mention. Twitter account was Bowes wine @thegrapejockey

Im sure someone else has already said, but I saw on FB earlier today that a Saluki (looks like Rosie) has been found and is at a vets somewhere beginning with T in Wales. Sorry I cannot find the thread now. one of those very 'welsh' names Treogah something like that. Hope she's home soon precious girl

I understand there was a possible sighting in a Cheltenham Park. If this could be cross checked with the CCTV images from the owners neighbour it might be possible to see if it is the same man. Hopefully the police can follow this up.

Send posters to all those racing trainers along the Lambourn valley. They are always riding out exercising the horses. Rosie could be running loose if she got away.

Can owner say at what point during the 20th was the dog stolen? ON Spotted Cheltenham Fb site someone saw a similar dog with a man so timing of the theft is important to see whether might have been the same dog or not.

I have been alerted via fb of ROSIE. Have asked the person who alerted me to ask for photos of ROSIE to be emailed to Admin and also a Crime No. Also posted a msg on the fb thread. There are photos of ROSIE but when I tried to upload one it was black.

Stolen this evening from Winchcombe, Gloucestershire a 2 year old fawn Saluki. Thieves broke into the house and took this young bitch. All other dogs were not of interest. A neighbour saw two men with a white van with ladders on the top. Please circulate. Owner is now waiting for police to arrive
