Excuse my ignorance but does this mean the cat is now home as well. I am worried about these faithful friends xx

After a tip off, the owners went round to a property and got no reply, so put a poster through the door, the "finder" then phoned and said he had found the dog, but did not have the cat, they collected the dog, and went back to challenge him about the cat, and the cat shot out of the "finders" front door, the owners are now treating this as theft by finding as the "finder" was not for handing them back.
