Comment on Doglost Surrey posted 15 mins ago: I have just driven home from esher down fairoak Lane oxshott. Saw what I think was a dog cross the road - definitely not a cat and it looked like it had a collar on? I turned the car around but couldn't see where it went. Did Charlie have a collar on?
