Just to clarify:
Found dog 114857 does look like this dog.
Found dog 114874 is not this dog (and an owner has come forward for him).

Doesn't look like the same dog to me. The found dog has a white stripe running between her eyes and light tan markings around her eyes neither of which match Jessie's markings.

Yes I believe it is...called owner earlier and someone had already called with the number for him to ring.

I am sorry to see that Jessie is lost near Glastonbury. Please also confirm where you mean by Wootton? There is Wootton crossroads between STREET and Butleigh, but then that is Street, not Glastonbury. We need clarification to know where to look, so we can help.
