From their page ....
"Honey has arrived. You will most likely have seen this girl via Medway dog wardens site as she has a very high profile on facebook. So what do we know of Honey's sad story. Well an owner was traced and they "apparently" gave her away on gumtree or the like to a "lovely couple" . They didn't think they had to update the chip as they thought gumtree would do it !! Yeah right. Well once we had her chip info we did a bit of googling and her registered keeper is or was a cockerpoo breeder. So maybe this girl was given away or maybe she wasn't. Either way someone dumped her in this condition rather than get help. I don't think we will ever get the truth but she is safe now and she will never ever be neglected again. According to the registered keeper her age is approx 5 to 6 but her chip dates her at less than 2. We do know she has a horrendous mange condition and she has had a litter at least if not more. Maybe more surprises yet to come after vet visit. In foster with Kate in East Sussex we can't wait to see what this girl becomes :)" - 2017-05-18 19:40 Lin Iddon

- Poor girl, she looks terrible and must be difficult to identify in this state. I wonder if she is chipped. Please keep us updated.

- Probably a stolen dog abandoned, heartbreaking. There are several missing. Does she have a docked tail and is there any white on her chest (if it is possible to tell).
