i do hope this little one was microchipped? far too many dogs on doglost.co.uk do not have a chip or its useless because it is not up to date

My God! Beggars belief, what in the world is going to stop evil bas****s doing this sort of thing to innocent animals!!?? I despair of so-called "humans", they should be locked up until they no longer breathe the air of normal people. I hope this poor little mite will be OK and the powers-that-be find out who is responsible.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
