Well spotted Millypod...rang owner,s neighbour who reported on behalf of the elederly owner. she is concerned he may not be able to afford the release fees...but has kindly offered to pay in installments to help him out. she has confirmed its norman...and thanks GillyP for cross posting so a match can be made.
