Taking poster to Pets at Home tomorrow whilst doing fund raising/awareness for Doglost. Will leave poster for notice board. Anyone one wanting to introduce themselves please do so. Jumanji coming along bit later as well.

Just spoken to owner they are going to resend the picture with both dogs onto Jazzi. There has been no sightings of Jade or Suzie, they have been putting posters up in the area. Owner has not got internet at the moment but will ask someone else to print posters from DL once the pictures are on the site. Jan x

Spoken to owner's relative, they have had problems sending a photo, discussed other ways of getting one to admin. May be able to send a mobile phone one later. Police have been very helpful, callled out next day and are putting them in the Derbyshire Times with a crimestoppers contact number. Jan x

Spoken to owner, he will send a photo of Suzie to admin@doglost.co.uk. Needs to find one of Jade and scan before sending. DW and Police have been notified, crime no. issued, they have been putting posters up in the area. Have stressed the importance of visiting rescues at least once a week and to keep contacting Police and DW. Owner said they will register a.s.a.p. any problems with registration contact jazzi@doglost.co.uk Good luck and hope your girls are found soon. Jan x

Celebrations

Keep your safe during this years celebrations and fireworks, take your dogs for a walk well before parties and fireworks begin.

Draw curtains and play music to mask sound of fireworks.

Try not to leave your pets on their own during fireworks.

Create a safe and secure "bunker" in a familiar place at home.

Invest in some Adaptil or a thundershirt if your pet gets stressed easily.

Be aware fireworks are not only let off when it's dark...
