As Rosie is an Indoor cat ahe is most probably hiding somewhere nearby, and will be feeling nervous, and panicky. When searching outbuildings make sure she isn`t hiding behind an object within the building,in case shut in. Timid cats especially will hide in these type of circumstances. Cats can keep very still, and quiet. Thye are renowned for it. Wipe her scent on your garden fences, gates, doors too; your scent too. The door where Rosie has access to open wide, and stand aside the door (Not in the centre) or she may feel "Threatened", and run off. Put some tuna or chicken in her dish, and place the dish about twice the width of the door. When you see her aproach dont try and grab her or she may run off even though you are the owner. Indoor cats always feel much more secure, and safer when they are in their comfort zone which is indoors with people they trust; their owners. Put flyers through doors too.
