Owner has had a call this morning from a withheld number, an older male with accent local to south east said that Kane is in Dorchester. Not sure if he meant Dorchester Dorset or Dorchester on Thames, Oxfordshire.
I have spoken to owner who will forward the CRN issued by police.

Not sure if the same dog or not but I know the woman who found the dog in Prestwich. Apparently he is registered to an address down South and he's only 2. He was took to vets 2 hours ago and he is chipped and waiting to hear if they can contact owner. I don't know the woman who took him to vets but she's left her details with the dog warden who took him. Hope this is some help x

Unable to get home till Thursday earliest. Please bare in mind if you find him he doesn't get on with other dogs but is very friendly to all humans that don't pose a threat.

Owner has posted on fb that House was broken into sometime between 4 and 8pm last night. Doors were left open & Kayne is Missing. Whether he has wandered off or has been stolen?. Owner says she has reported to police & has a Crime Ref Number. Dog wardens have been contacted and neighbours gardens have been checked.
He is microchipped but to old address in Herne Bay. I have advised that she contacts Microchip Company and alerts them and up dates details.

LynS are you able to print off a few posters to put up where you walk. If anyone can drop one off at the Crematorium that would be helpful. Hopefully will get a few more details from the owner.
