Defo a Lurcher but could have been coursing and the "pup" may well have been a small fox or cub!

This poor dog looks definitely like a lurcher or greyhound to me - cannot see a fox at all, may be what they thought was a fox cub was in fact this poor dogs puppy

Not sure who made the ID to say this was a fox as it is definitely a bull lurcher.
Its all wrong for a fox- teeth and skull shape. I have sent this to a wild life expert and he has confirmed this. If this dog was chipped they should also scan the ground around it as a chip may have fallen out due to the state of the body.
Ive added a fox skull in 2nd photo.

The more I look at this photo, it looks more like a dog ? Lurcher or greyhound type. Legs and body shape seem to long to be a fox

RIP+ God Blessx A~~~Candle~~~burns for you. Run free (HUG)x I think it looks like a Lurcher too. Assume as wrell as scanning for a microchip, a Post Mortem will be carried out to find out the cause of death:-(

You poor darling. We can only hope that you had a wonderful life and went peacefully. Sadly we live in a wicked world and whatever your story, you are now free to run forever in the sunshine. xxLast edited: 2017-06-01 10:58:39 by Bwiblestix
