- Stellamashindry - In view of your comments it would seem that Elsie needs to be reported to police as stolen. If you send the CRN to DogLost they will be able to upgrade the status. Admin will hopefully rotate the photo for you, so you can print off posters. If there is anywhere in the village that has CCTV ask them to check for anything unusual from the time she was seen by your neighbour to the time you discovered Elsie missing. I hope Elsie is found soon.
