- What a wonderful ending. So thrilled for you all.He is such a cute.Hold on to him tight. You might have to wait for micro chipping as he is so small.I know my little Jack found injections a bit painful so was advised to have her chipped when she was speyed and under anaesetic.XXLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Welcome home gorgeous little Bailey. Similar to this dog warden, Church St (Edmonton) RSPCA broke my daughter's heart by telling her to forget ever seeing our puppies again. Unthinking, unfeeling, unhelpful. Useless basically. And I did hear a whisper later that someone had taken one of our stolen pups there for treatment. Even though they had a poster put through their door. Unfortunately didn't lead anywhere. Anyway, the moral of this story is that we do have one puppy back. They were wrong.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- So pleased that you are home. Now to get the posters out of the file at the vets. Please get Bailey a nice microchip for Christmas. I love happy endings. As Jayne says, Don't forget to tell the Dog Warden, and have a big grin on your face.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- HE'S HOME!!!! Email from owner: Hello everyone. I have some really good news, Bailey's back. Here's the story: He went missing friday night and we advertised all over for him, even on the radio all day saturday. we kind of lost hope and as a last ditch attempt, we asked the appeal for information to go out once again on pirate fm at mid-day on sunday. After it went out, the dj called and said that somebody from a pet shop in Bodmin thiks that she knew the person that had him, so we took the details of a wonderful woman called Tammy and went to see the person in Bodmin. When she openned the door, Bailey bounded straight out and up my leg. When we spoke about him, the woman said that her friend found him in the middle of the double roundabouts, in a cardboard box without a coller on, so her friend brought the puppy to her, as she already has dogs. We thanked her for looking after Bailey (or Scampy as she called him!) and brought him home. The kids are over the moon. I would like to thank everyone for what they have done for us, i really can't thank you all enough. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I have put posters up in our local village - St Teath, also my partner put one in the staff area at Tesco. I am a dog trainer so I will alert all my dog owners too. Someone must have this puppy at his age he wouldn't go far on his own. Keep searching!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I used to live in Newquay, and know that St Blazy is only a small town/village where most people know whats going on. As far as the DW is concerned, the word DIRECTLY springs to mind, to the uninitiated that means WHEN EVER. Bailey has most probably been picked up, so keep postering, and if they get taken down, replace them. Have you postered near the childrens play area, quite close to the blocks of flats. Someone knows where this puppy is. Good luck in your search, and I hope that Bailey is home soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I put a poster up at work today and everyone said they'd look out for Bailey. Someone said they'd heard something on the radio about him this morning so news is travelling. I think he must have been taken. A puppy of that age wouldn't go very far and he surely would have been spotted by now if he was just lost.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I feel pretty certain that someone local has taken him, because he wouldn't have got far on his own at that age. I agree with Doglady, put hundreds of leaflets with photo through doors in the whole area. Prove the dog warden WRONG! Good luck.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- What good PR the dog warden as dose He/She like there job, take no notice get out there and make Bailey hot, and I agree with dillondog if posters have been taken down then yes Bailey could be local so put smaller posters in neighbors doors with your details on this will also alert them if a dog may appear next to them all of a sudden. - Just spoken to Bailey's owner and given advice, and will email her DW info, rescues etc. She has taken this week off work to find Bailey, and has started postering. Some posters already taken down, which suggests Bailey may have been picked up with intent to keep. Owner is going to saturate area with posters and hand out small flyers. This pup needs to be made too hot to handle. If anyone else is local and can poster, please help - a bit far for me. Local DW was less than helpful - said she hadn't a hope in getting him back. Let's prove her wrong!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
