Now confirmed that this Dog was with another Black lurcher in Billinge Wigan the Day Before. The owner Managed to catch one but this one was clipped by a car and ran off. The Dog is safe and received treatment. Sadly nobody has the owners contact details. With luck the owner will contact the Dog Warden to see if hes been picked up.
